The reason I am taking part as we have had the privilege of nursing Amy whilst she was a patient within the Renal unit As part of the Renal team I thought this would be a good idea to get together and support this cause. As a staff nurse in Raigmore I feel this could be a fun time that we could have some team building as well as enjoying ourselves along the way as supporting this cause .I also had a mother who died from breast cancer which a one stage in her journey attended the Hospice to have some treatment however died at home .I also feel the children in our area could benefit from some of the benifits that this event will lead too .My daughter in 2024 also took part in the strictly come dancing to help raise funds.
